使用方法；在CS16OKGOGOGO 30的目录中寻找模式转换器，把CS转换成为练习模式（有机器人BOT)
把下载的文件安装后，会发现有个WORK文件和两个文件夹，把第一个文件夹的内容覆盖到你CS16OKGOGOGO30 中，就OK 了！ 就是这么简单，想变回去，就把第二个文件夹中的覆盖到你CS中，就变成原来的样子了~

把上面这段文字复制到你的“中/英文版本”里的目录里的autoexeccfg和userconfigcfg中即可在每次玩KZ时自动运行该“参数脚本”，或者你新建一个“ljcfg”也行(只不过要每次在玩KZ前在console控制台里在打上“exec ljcfg”)。
中文目录是“\cstrike_schinese”，英文的是“\cstrike”。
都完事儿了以后，每次想LJ250的时候就按一下v键，当然你设成别的按键也无妨，这纯属是个人习惯。
注意，一般的身法服务器(比如KZ、HNS、Deathrun)都是屏蔽小键盘上的那四个方向键来禁止脚本的，比如“南方的SiMen的服务器”是坚决禁止任何“有虚荣心的”非法脚本的。你要是北方的Kzer可以试试“cnEGM”的服务器，他们目前是不屏蔽小键盘上方向键的，也就是说你是可以使用这个脚本的。
但是你千万别指望在sXe服务器中使用这个脚本，因为alias系列的任何任何任何参数都是与sXe-InJected是势不两立的！至于175PT和Dokee的混战服还有跳跃服是否禁止“alias系列参数或者跳跃脚本”我不太清楚，你自己去试试就知道了。
其实这类的脚本能使你LJ轻松的渡过250，但是这仅仅是对于初学者来娱乐使用的(为了满足一下虚荣心找到兴趣罢了)，你要是真想不甘落后、想找到真正属于你自己的位置，那就要付出不断的努力和辛勤的汗水了！
想提高综合的身法，突破自己的极限，就看看这个：
英文不好的话多逛逛KzCn，也就是赛盟极限跳跃网(SiMencn)，这是目前国内早期的KZ网站了(相当权威)，拥有着众多的身法服务器。
KZlunatic、Edoocn、Ccser、77JJ(XLM)、也是一些相当不错的“CS身法网站”，你直接百度一下即可，我懒得发链接。
英文好的话，还是去KZ的官方网站吧，毕竟还是国外的更权威！

进去以后注册一个帐号，然后下载一些原版的插件供你练习或者你的服务器使用，下载一些Demo，观看Demo和HLTV不光是常打CS比赛的人的秘籍，更是Kzer们必须必须经常做的(要是嫌麻烦去SiMen下载Demo也行，或者更直接的在百度视频打上“KZ wr”、“KZ vs”这两个字眼)。
对于那些国内顶尖的高手或者“非常热爱KZ”的身法爱好者们来说，每次登陆XJ肯定都有一定的压力感，上面真的是高手如云啊，但是只要热爱就不能服输！！！都是人，他们那些刷wr的比我们多个脑袋多颗心脏？！
